Is this supposed to be included in the set I ordered (the basic one) or is it an extra that I would need to order? I'm not sure I want to do it but I just want to make sure I got it if I was supposed to. The only thing my set came with was the schedule, the fuel the fire book and the dvds for the 12 week program.

    I don't know..mine came with the 5 day inferno menu...maybe there are different boxes with it.. that sucks though..
    I got the 12 workouts (or however many)... The calendar, the nutrition manuel, resistance bands, lower body band, the 5 day inferno meal plan...and then the book about turbo fire and the tape measure...
