Hurry Up Spring!

I didn't grow up in the UP and I am NOT used to having snow on the ground at Easter (or Mother's Day for that matter, LOL!)
I want to go barefoot and put in my garden and be able to check the mail without bundling up! I want to wear short sleeves again!
Spring, please hurry! :flowerforyou:

I just hit my first 100 miles running in 2013... outside!! But in general, yes, I wholeheartedly agree. :drinker:0

I lived in the UP (Houghton) for 5 years...
If the snow is gone by the end of April, consider it an early spring. I know there were a couple of years where it was still snowing or there was still ice in the lakes well into late may.
I miss it up there. I want my snowmobile back0 -
Ugh...I'm SO sick of this weather!! My daughter is outside at track practice right now...I feel badly for her!0

I grew up in the UP (moved back almost 8 years ago after 22 years away) and................this winter stopped being fun a while ago... I am so ready for spring.
Beeblebrox -- I'm surprised you can find roads safe enough (ie not icy) to run on.. (just looked @ your profile) Thinking the roads might be better (as far as ice/snow goes) in Holland than they are in the UP.0 -

I wore trail shoes and was fine for the most part, definitely makes you keep your feet under you! I did almost buy the farm going around a corner once, but for the most part, no issues.0
