So me and a couple friends are taking a road trip all the way from Denver to Orlando, FL where we will stay for a few days. Then we will drive all the way up to New York City where we will stay for another couple days. Then we'll drive all the back here to Denver. This should be interesting. :) Gotta do things like this sometimes. :)

    When I took 3 weeks (trip to hawaii + the flu back to back) off, I had to deload somethin fierce (and I was SO SORE after) when I came back. I'd do some bodyweight compounds or something if you can, just to keep the joints mobile.

    that sounds totally cool... Wish Id done something liek that when I was young & kidless.... maybe in a few years when all of my kids are grown & out of the house....

    but yeah, I agree with Tameko, do some bodyweight compounds or something to keep ya from getting tight! ENJOY!!

    I have a two week trip planned for June (to California on our motorcycles). I've got a TRX and I plan to take it with me and work out in the campgrounds!! :happy:

    So I'm in Orlando, Florida now and it's one of the most exciting and fun experiences ever in my entire life. I have no worries and feel free as a bird. We went to the beach at "tona" (Daytona beach) and went out and partied. It was a good night. We'll go on like this till Monday when we leave for New York.
