Cake to Avoid Snacks

I've been noticing that, when I have a special treat waiting at home for after supper, I tend to snack less throughout the day to save up calories. Compared to days during which I do snack, I eat more calories than on those "dessert night" days. To test this, I made a cake over the weekend and plan to eat a piece every day or two at night and contrast how this week goes compared to last week. The cake is homemade and just under 300 calories per generous serving (icing included).

At first, I thought "You just want an excuse to make and eat a whole cake", but then I realized how much sugar is in my snacks and how many I eat, so why not try something different? Thoughts?

I think its a good idea...if it helps you not to snack a lot,! why not, as long as you in your calories. Carefull with the sugar !!! :)
