Still slow in progress. Went down and up over the week, and evidently wasn't back down after the weekend. Really hoping to at least get down to 210 by April.

Hello all. I hope that you have been working out hard and losing those pounds. So proud of all who have stuck with this challenge whether you've lost a pound or not.
Bad week for me as I lost my father-in-law. Have not worked out as I should and even ate some chocolate chips cookies, haven't had a cookie in months! :blushing: Somehow, thru it all, I lost 2 lbs anyway. My husband says it is from stress as we are the only family that lives in town, so I've been rushing to clean the house and get groceries ext. for the family coming in.
Can't remember my stats at the moment. Will get it together next week as we are still in the planning, viewing, cemetery stages.
Good luck to all next week, may the pounds just melt off your body!

I've decided not to weigh in right now. I've become obsessed with the scale and I think it's hindering my progress. I switching things up and restarting Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and continue to walk as well. I will weigh in again at the end of the month. I gotta change things up. Good luck everyone.

Not a good week for me!! Money is very tight for us this month and I haven’t been able to buy the “good” kinds food like salads, lean meats, fruits and veggies that I normally buy to eat. I have tried to eat as clean as possible, but it clearly is not working. So it looks like I will not get to my goal this month. However, I must took at the big picture. I am still happy with my weight loss so far. 90 pounds gone in 10 months is not bad. I will just have to keep trying and not get discouraged!!!0 -

I'm afraid I've not been taking care of myself this month, and it's showing in my weight gain. Today is a new day, however, and I'm determined not to let it derail me from a healthier lifestyle because as the saying goes, "I'm worth it!"
