I will let you all know how it turns out. I have not attempted anything remotely like this (vegan raw "cake"). I usually stick to a bar-type dessert, and even that is rare for me. I'm trying to be sneaky and slip in some vegan raw meals/snacks for my family. Hopefully this one will go over well!
