Level 3!!!

So today I did L3D1, and it's official... it is most definitely easier than Level 2! I can see just how much my strength has improved since Level 1. I did it using the modified versions as it's the first day and didn't want to screw myself over for the next few days by injuring myself. I do freaking hate Sumo Pops though! (Is that what they're called?) and Circuit 3 cardio was INTENSE but, it was good and manageable. I did have to pause for a couple of squat jumps just to catch my breath. I also think it's really hard on the knees!!! So much time spent on the knees!! I have never had knee problems, but I'm wondering if I might do at the end of Level 3?! LOL!! Really enjoyed it though and I'm looking forward to tomorrow already!

How is everyone else doing? What days are we all on?

    You're in the home stretch! Way to go!!! I've still got the rest of this week on Level 2 - I think Level 3 starts for me on Saturday if I remember correctly.

    Well done for beating level 2!! I am jealous cos I still have another 3 days before I can move on. :laugh: I don't remember all of L3 from last time but I remember preferring it to L2 so I can't wait!
