Spring Time is Almost Here!!!! - Run Buddies? NOVA

I am interested in starting a running group. I live, work, and play in the NOVA area. There are many great trails around here, and I think it would be a nice way to meet other people who are going through the same weight-loss journey as me. I think if I knew that others would possibly be interested in this, we could set up a weekly run. Thoughts?

    Sounds like a good idea to me. Running on my own gets boring. I live out in Prince William county, but work in Fairfax.
