I love this! I have to many on my list too! This is great because it puts creativity, beats boredom, promotes growth in brain activity (when you do something different) and can get rid of those pesky plateaus!!!!!! MOST IMPORTANT IT PUTS FUN into exercise!

So, what will you challenge yourself and think of today for your spring and summer routines??? What will you do different?

GO WARRIORS!!!!!!!!

Peace,
WW
PS I want to try Moutain biking. But only one class in area and the other was cancelled so my challenge to me is to call and see if they will have another one.

Hmmm - a fitness bucklist. I had never thought of that. I will have to think about it and get back to you on this. I think I have some already but they are very long term and I need to think the short term too.

You don't really need a class for mountain biking. You need a mountain bike, helmet and the location of trails. Unless you're talking about spinning classes.

An ingenious idea! I will have to ponder and make my own list. I know I would like to do a color run.

To do this in earnest I'm going to need some time to think about everything. I should really make a real list of these and be practical about it. I don't think I'll be able to finish it today, but I will finish it...or at least get it started.
