L3D2

Today felt more tough than yesterday. Perhaps because I had finished an 8 mile walk about an hour and a half before I started my shred, but I've always found the following 2-3 days after the start of a level to be tough. Maybe because my muscles are so confused - not that that's a bad thing! The end is in sight! Though my knees may be shot to buggery by the end! Level 3 hurts my knees something chronic!!! Does anyone else get that or is it just me??

How is everyone else doing? What days are you all on? xx

I find I have good days and bad - the first time I did level 2, I actually made it through quite easily but other days I struggle to get through it. My hips have really been sore doing Level 2 so the exercises where your legs are moving while you're in plank position go very slowly for me so that I'm not causing further grief. (I'm still sweating like I'm doing the advanced moves!)

I'm on Day 17 now - Friday will be my last day on Level 2.

It's so nice knowing this group is here to bounce things off of - it's nice to know I'm not alone and I don't honestly know if I would have made it through the 30 days (or even started!) without you guys. Thanks for the encouragement.

Congrats on getting to Level 3.

Well done on your progress so far. I find some days I just seem to have more energy than others with no apparent reason for it. But I just try to push through and do as much as I can each day.

I did have a bit of an issue with my knee in L1 with all the jumping but it seems okay now. Someone suggested I get a knee support which may help you too if yours is causing a problem.

The end is in sight for you now, that must be a good feeling!

I hated L3 the first day that I did it, but today it wasn't so bad. Maybe because I wasn't sure what to expect? I am actually looking forward to tomorrow.
