Good afternoon everyone!

I'm new to MFP. I think I discovered it as I was looking through fitness gadgets. I like gadgets! I'm currently trying to decide on an HRM. I had a polar in years gone buy but it was in the earlier days when they didn't come in sizes and I haven't been a petite flower since I was probably 8. Anyway, so, I'm here and loving MFP. I love that I tell it how much I want to lose, how much I'm willing to exercise and it figures out how much I can eat (given my current age, and weight).

I'm looking forward to staying committed to this healthier way of eating and being committed to more consistent exercise.

I work in midtown and live on the southside.

I'm a member of Planet Fitness in Greenwood. I'm a former long distance runner have run 1 marathon and multiple 1/2 marathons. Any former runners know about The Penguin and the The Penguin Running Club? I was the Indy rep. My knees won't allow that anymore, at least not at this weight and age.

That's a little about me. I look forward to being actively engaged and getting/giving support!
