What kind of workouts are you doing? Are you losing on your current setup?0 -
I'm currently doing the 30 day shred work out, just completed level one, onto level two tomorrow, running 3 times a week and also incorpourate squats nearly every day, I'm increasing by 5ish a day, and I lost in my first week, this week I've been a bit naughty and weighed a couple of times and only lost parts of a pound.0

I would recommend upping to a flat 1700 a day or you can keep at 1200(no exercise calories eaten) and have a weekly spike day of 2500 calories. 1200 is far too low with your current weight and activity level without a spike day.0 -
Ah okay so I'll lose weight easier on 1700 and not eating exercise calories back? Sorry for all the questions I just want to get this healthy eating right! And get my dream body0

I like to keep things as simple as possible. Eat 1700 across the board and you don't have to worry about this burn or that burn. If you ever get sick or take a break from the gym, it would be acceptable to cut back on calories a bit.
