Weaning and weight

Does anyone have experience with losing weight after weaning?. I've been stuck at the same weight for months. I lost 30 lbs fast but the last 15 are still on my hips lol. How do you know if your body is holding on to weight bc of nursing?

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I gained weight after I weaned. I nursed my son till he was 16.5 months. I got down to an all time low weight (for my adult years) and when he weaned I gained about 7 lbs back. I'm now trying to lose those 7 again.0

Im interested in this too. I will be weaning in about 5 months and wondering how it will affect me. I have been able to loose weight pretty easily and hoping it wont mess it up. Thanks0
