favorite burger recipes

I have been vegan since June first, and I tried many many recipes. I wanted to share two of my favorite burger recipes by sharing the links and telling everyone how I made. If you are gluten free you could use bread crumbs or cracker crumbs that are gluten free. The oats and the lentils also make a complete amino strand. Vegan burgers do not hold together so I patty them fairly thin and I free them. Later when you are cooking them you can form them up even better and smoosh them down. They test better crispy and this. Since they do not hold together well I like flat-outs (the thin bread that is 90 cal...or a pita. This recipe almost reminds me of potato.

Next one http://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipe/black-bean-quinoa-burgers/ I love this recipe as a base....You do not need to use the sun-dried tomatoes or steak seasoning. I put some taco type seasoning in them, or I do the sun dried tomatoes and add some basil to the burgers. I also patty them and freeze them.....and smoosh them(I like things crispy) These sometimes I break up and do them burrito style with avocado, grilled onions, and salsa. I at least have one of these a week because it is fast and both are a complete protein.

Here's one the I tried a while back - sweet potato veggie burger. I'll have to try your suggestions to keep the patty together, as they did come apart a little.
