HI All, I just got the book today, I would like some feed back on people who have been following this.

I am allergic to dairy and soy and I have a sensitivity to gluten... I figured I would give this a try to see if there is anything else that may be giving me some reactions.

    Hi Karabobarra,

    I lost 10 pounds fairly easily following the Virgin Diet in two months. For me, giving up so many foods at one time was very helpful because it was so radically different that I did not crave after one thing. For me, sugar is the big trigger point and I cannot have any of it around or I binge. Nuts and nut butters helped me if I felt I was about to fall. And the "stop eating 2 hours before bed" is very helpful. But if you don't have a lot of time for food prep (I read your profile) this might be hard to do. You cannot eat much prepared food at all and really follow the 7. If you give up sugar + gluten on top of dairy this might work well for you.
