Loving SLs

I don't know if it's the some sort of adrenaline rush... or my OCD... or my perception of how this will benefit me.... But I find myself wanting to do Stronglifts every day... I don't, of course... I take the recoup day... But I'd seriously do it every single day if I could... I get excited for lifting day... lol. Of course, I'm still relatively new in it...

Am I crazy? Or does anyone else love it this much? lol.

I'm probably just crazy. :-)

I feel exactly the same!! Tameko said that that might subside when we are lifting really heavy weights. I am even going so far as to feel a little depressed on days that I don't lift! How pathetic is that! I run and do other things on other days but there is something about lifting!

I'm glad when lifting day arrives. I'm too tired on non-lifting days to wish for it to be a lifting day, though. I really need the 48-hour break.

I think I like it because even in just 3 weeks I'm seeing some results. Pants are looser and I know I've lost a couple inches already (I took a sneak peek, I don't measure til the 7th) but haven't lost poundage. However it is getting to where I weigh myself less and less. Even though I didn't feel like lifting yesterday, I had felt bad all day, I did it anyway. If it had been cardio I would have skipped. Plus it makes me feel all bad *kitten*!

I agree ... I miss cardio if I don't feel 100% of depressed and can't motivate etc ... But this last 4 weeks I have found the motivation to lift even after a migraine yday and as soon as pain and nausea had gone with pills I was there lifting .. I know I wouldn't have run if it had been my cardio day x
