Tall ladies with small frame

I didn't notice until recently that my frame is actually classified as really small for my height! My wrist circumference is 5.75" and my elbow width is only 55mm (2 1/8") with calipers. I've since then revised my goal weight downwards, but I'd like to know if there are other small framed tall ladies here? I'd imagine we have a different experience to our bigger-boned sisters.
