    Never tried it myself either... But I've seen a lot of people taking about making ice cream sandwiches lately. Sounds pretty tasty! I think I would start with Cookies & Cream Ice Cream between Oreo Cookie Pop Tarts. Not overly creative, but still pretty delicious!

    You don't have to get complicated to hit Pop Tart Ice Cream Nirvana.

    next month when i have some calorie margin again, i'm going to try Blue Bell homemade vanilla with both blueberry and strawberry unfrosted pop tarts.
