What a GREAT inspiration to all of us out there trying to change, I mean 33Ibs is pretty kick *kitten*. This just proves that all of the hard work that each of you guys put into your workouts everyday is WORTH IT! Change comes from the will to take your body and mind and puuuush it to it's limits!

You WILL see change with your bodies, just give it time and KEEP GOING. Don't forget guys "Abs are made at the gym but revealed in the kitchen." - Cassey Ho. MEANING that you work hard to make those muscles that you got going on, but none of it will matter if you don't eat right! By being careful with what you eat and how much of it, will help you get to where you want! It's a commitment a pretty huge one, but if you want it you gotta FIGHT for it!!!!

What are some of the healthy foods you love to eat??

    Sure am! Just did the 24th of march's workout yesterday and the 25ths today. My arms are burning! Core day tomorrow, my favorite!

    WHOO!! Keep it up! Core day is my fav too! You should take a picture of yourself when you start April and then at the end, so you can see the difference in your body. A month is a loooong time and you won't believe the change(:

    I slacked a LITTLE today, but I couldn't help it! my body was sooooo sore from the other two days. I didn't give up though, and still did 3/5 videos :) My abs were on fire!

    Hey, it's hard work!! You did what you could and that's all that matters! When that happens to me, I end up doing the videos I skipped for that day and do them on Sunday, aka my "rest day". Haha

    Whoo, I deff. feel the burn too...owee.
