But you've lost 8 lbs in a month!! That's alot and you should be very proud of yourself. And you have a week to go. You may lose another lb or so. Way to go!!!!! :flowerforyou:0 -

You can do it! Find something that motivates you, and remind yourself of it often. Whether it be a picture, saying, quote, song, video, person. You can do it!!!!!!!!!0
