so close but didn't make it in the 20's this week....

    Oh man, one more week. I have to get motivated!! If I lose a lb. I would be happy at this point.

    But you've lost 8 lbs in a month!! That's alot and you should be very proud of yourself. And you have a week to go. You may lose another lb or so. Way to go!!!!! :flowerforyou:

    Next 2 weeks are going to be SUPER hard. Have this challenge at the gym. I do not know how to lose well. I've got some catching up to do.

    You can do it! Find something that motivates you, and remind yourself of it often. Whether it be a picture, saying, quote, song, video, person. You can do it!!!!!!!!!
