I'm planning 7-10 days starting April 5. This will be my second juice fast. I did one for 10 days earlier this year. I want to do them quarterly like Joe does now. If anyone wants to join me that would be great! A few weeks notice to wean off standard America diet foods and caffeine and such. :drinker:

    Hi! I started today - but I'll join up with you on the 5th if you like. I plan to go for 10 days.....then see how I feel.
