Whats type of foods that are high carbs content, low fat, low sugar to fill my 3500 calorie spike day without having to eat HUGE amounts of food? I need examples please.

Pasta, breads, rice, potatoes, candy, low fat ice cream(of course), pancakes, popcorn, baked chips, cereal, etc

I eat pretty much whatever I feel like, close to calorie goal . It usually involves some eating out, candy, and cookies etc.0

Forgot to mention Bea, you could make brownies or cake with coconut oil. That would raise calories considerably, and those fats wouldn't count against you. You could even put in a little extra co, and your food would taste fantastic. My wife made coconut oil brownies the other day and they were, O my goodness good!!0
