Hi everyone. I've decided to join this challenge, since the one I was in seems to have lost almost all its members, and no one is logging. Just a question tho, should I just log my weight and loss in the next weekly thread or should I go back and log all the weeks that I have missed?

If you want to have the chart reflect the whole year of loss, the easiest thing to do would be to message me all your losses. But I can also start you at the current week. It's up to you!0

Since January 1st was a Tuesday that's the main weigh in, but you can weigh in whichever day of the week is best for you. The weigh in posts are posted every week on Wednesday and run Wednesday-Tuesday.0 -
