After having a miscarriage 5yrs ago my body basically stopped functioning properly. My periods stopped and so did ovulation. I started packing on weight like crazy and now not only can i not conceive, not i have poor self esteem I cant seem to get this damn weight off of me. Everyone tells me something different. "Count calories, dont count them, go vegan, eat meat, go non-dairy, dairy is ok, gluten free, doesnt matter, eat paleo, eat clean, moderation, etc etc etc etc. Ive seen women 2-3x my size have babies... what gves!

Have you been diagnosed, with PCOS? If so has the Dr put yoy on metformin? I felt the same way about women bigger than me having babies before being diagnosed with PCOS. Try limitting your carb and sugar intake for weightloss.

For me what works is counting calories, high protein, not low carb but watching them, clean eating and working out.
