ALRIGHT. I went to the grocery store today to get a couple of things I needed for this meal plan, let me say this I am SO excited to try this out!!! I will be taking my measurements tomorrow and then again at the end of the week. Seven days and eating six times a day?! I got this(:
Who's with me?!?!0 -
Probably not that one, but I was thinking of trying her 90 day lean out plan thing. Where she has a menu for MWF and one for TThS. That one is a bit more doable for me.0

I say go for it! The plan is going well so far. Just need to work on my time management and when I can actually eat the meals and not have them so far spread out. If you decide to do it, let me know! Maybe when this is over I'll give that a go.0

Hey hey!
Day three of my meal plan and I can already feel my body getting tighter. I love the fact that I get to eat every couple of hours, so by the time I start to feel hungry, BAM! Time to eat(: The meals only take me about 5 minutes to prepare and I feel full when I'm finished. I thought the no snacking thing would be an issue, but so far so good! Can't wait to see my results at the end of the week!
I've been working out for about 75 minutes a day, doing my Blogilates calender which is about 50 minutes and then 25 minutes on the bike.
Almost there!!
Keep up with all of your hard work0 -

Amazing job!! Do you log the exercise here? What do you log it as?0 -
Thanks!!
Okay, for the logging I usually say pilates and strength training BUT if the video is a challenge, i.e want you back arms- you are doing half pushups the entire time, so I would log that as push-ups for however long the video is. So it just kind of depends on what you did during the videos.
If that makes sense.....0
