Introduce yourself please. I am Cameron and I started this group. I am a 37 year old single father who enjoys hiking, biking, walks, canoeing, and other activities. I am looking for some people who would enjoy doing some of these activities together to "push" each other harder. Not a fitness guru, just a guy looking for activity partners. My goal is to get back to about 200 lbs. The only activity I do not do is running. Both knees have been scoped and they just don't hold up to it anymore.
