I am gluten free, clean eating, I am on day one so hi carb, I am trying to work out my meals. I like to have a smoothie in the morning but that would be classed as hi carb or hi protein? as my smoothies have a glass of milk berries and bananas in it.

I don't have protein powder as I can not afford it as they are not cheap at all.

Today I have had
First meal, 2 bits of toast, cottage cheese and tomato on it for meal 1,
Second meal was banana and apple,

I am hungry, I have been hungry most the morning and I still have 2 hours before my next meal. I am used to high protein meals and feeling full. I am wondering if when I do get hungry this is a good opportunity to get my water into me and to keep me feeling full for a bit longer.

I am from New Zealand I had breakfast at 830, so my third meal will be at 230, so I can not see me getting my 5th meal in, I will try and get meals started about 7am or i will never get all the meals in,

also i have the issue of kids have tea about 6pm and sometimes like today that will be my 4th meal. but really a snack type meal so can i do a full meal at 230 then a full meal at 6pm, then say a snack later on.. I am sure over next few weeks I will get my head around this more as it is only day one and often has it goes you don't fully understand it all till you start something then you realise there are a lot more questions. All advice is welcomes.
