I just got started are there any other sleeve members? Right now I am very limited and not even close on calories but I know this will change eventually. I have a dairy allergy and looking for non dairy protien shakes so far only muscle milk around here

    Welcome! I don't know about the non dairy choices. The shake that I did like the most was Isopure Zero Carb. I am guessing it is non-dairy. Good luck to you.

    congratulations on your success I have now found some shakes that are nondairy. It seems they are mostly fruit or sweet flavors but at this point meal flavors are what I crave. Not really hungry but mentally hungry for flavor. My solution is broth only from beef stew and a mixture of chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, I can only have 2 one ounce cups at a time but it feels and tastes like Thanksgiving dinner.
