Hey, 1 week to go! How is everyone doing?

I'm still kind of stuck, but so close to my updated goal! My schedule doesn't give me much room for changes in exercise, but I have a plan for this weekend. Here's hoping for some surprising results for the last round!
If anyone else is interested in another challenge, I've found one called 'Spring into Summer' to get ready for the next couple months. Challenge starts TODAY. Otherwise, if you want, anyone can feel free to add me as a friend for support or just to follow one another.

    This past week I have had a bad head cold and not be able to exercise like I want to. I’ve not been hungry and have a very sore throat. I've tried to eat as much as possible, but my throat will only take soft foods right now. Hopefully, my weight will not gain once I start eating normally again.

    Wow! Is this all we have left in the challenge?
    Not a good week for me, got thru the funeral and cemetery services. Having lots of family over
    has made it hard to keep my schedule. I got a workout in only once. Had lots of people bring brownies,
    cookies, cakes, casseroles, bread and on and on and on. It was mighty delicious! But not good on the diet.
    Not going to let it get to me, though. Life happens.
    Did not lose any weight this week.
    Still on 157.

    GOAL WEIGHT: 125 lbs.
    POUNDS LOST: 21 lbs.

    Well, I knew I it wasn't realistic to lose 65 pounds during this challenge, but I'm pretty sure I could've lost more weight than I have if I could have stayed focused. I am happy to have lost 21 pounds, however. :happy: I couldn't have done it without this challenge. It caused me to stay mindful of my goal and brought some accountability to my life. Thanks for this opportunity. With only 1 week to go I think I'll check out the "Spring into Summer" challenge to help continue my weightloss journey.
