Question about calories!

I was wandering if it was ok to go over like 200 calories?I normally stay as close to my 1500 as possible without going over,but was wandering if it was gonna matter that much if I did.It is still healthy foods im eating.Need your input Please!

  • Everybody goes over! I know I go over sometimes. I feel that it depends on the weight loss you want. If you are set to only have 1500 and you are trying to lose 2 lbs a week then going over a few times isnt bad. If you are trying to lose less than 2 lbs then it is probably best to stay closer to 1500 as possible. It also depends on how much calories you are burning and if you are adding those and still going over. I hope that helps.     In the grand scheme of things if you go over one day a week I don't think it will make a huge difference now if you are doing that daily then you probably will not lose as much, depending on what your settings are.

    Ok Thank you,I was just wandering what some elses input was on it.I try to stay as close to the 1500 as possible without going over no matter how much extra I have from exercising.I dont count those. I didnt know if going over would be as bad as having a cheat day.I didnt think so since it doesnt happen very often.I am trying to loose 2lbs/week and I exercise every day unless something comes up and I cant.:happy:
