I asked this on the main fitness forum, but I figure this is a better group to ask. How do you calculate your dance calories you burn?

    Hey well I honestly Google, depending on what I do if I do Samba or If I do Bellydance Its best to just find the calories it burns and to be honest about how much effort I put into it.

    ....just joined this group. wondering if anyone still around. love the dancing calories! i worked on a drum circle, shoot....and gave myself points for dancing and drumming........gotta love our job;)
