felt SO AWESOME when I got to time one of our rounds?

Our coach needed to go back to work, so he asked a veteran to time the third round. The vet wanted to go again, so I volunteered to time the gang, and they let me. Sounds dumb as I type it out, but at the time I felt like such a part of the team I was glowing for the rest of the day.

Not lame, anything that gets you excited at the gym and makes you want to go, is a good thing.

Many students after a year of crossfit are able to get certified and instruct. Doesn't surprise me at all JJ.

I would love to. I used to teach fitness classes before getting pregnant. Unfortunately, even though I can out-step and out-kickbox almost every instructor I've seen, I'm just too big. People don't take me seriously when I talk about fitness, no matter how many recent marathon/half marathon medals are hanging on my wall.

If I can lose the weight and not be twice as big as all the ladies at my CrossFit I would LOVE to be a coach. I'll never get down to their size, but if I can just drop a bit, maybe I can be like Anowa Adjah (200+lb female fitness instructor who looks AMAZING) http://anowaadjah.com/
