Frustrated and upset...

Im trying my best to stay positive. Im keeping in with MFPs limits, I reduced my carbs, Im doing my exercise, I work a job 3 days a week that keeps me moving. Still, my weight wont drop. I just lowered my calories so hopefully that helps. Im trying not to stress too much or start wondering about going back to 1000 as my target. All of my friends are managing to lose weight and i cant. I effing hate it.

    Have you measured to see if your size has changed? That matters more than your weight. Also, if you're already small, it takes a lot longer to lose weight. Don't do anything unhealthy or drastic.

    I'm far from small so I don't think it's that. I only cut down my calories to 1400, so it's nothing really drastic or unhealthy, I don't think. I'll have to try doing measurements again. I just get discouraged when for all my working I'm still like a planet in the middle.

    How long have you been sticking to your plan? It can take a long time to make changes that you will see.
