Curious what you LBS are looking like?

I have been going slow since I am also training for a half marathon and do not want to injure myself before then but once that is done (April 7th) my primary will be SL (hardcore !!)

    I finished WO8 yesterday and will do 9 tomorrow. I have weights at home and already maxed out my squats, otherwise I would gladly be lifting more.

    Squats - 105 #
    Bench Press - 50# (I could do more, but I have barbells and can't get the 2nd one into position)
    Row - 22.5# in each hand
    Shoulder Press - 30#, I can do more, but working my way up
    Deadlift - 90# (can also do more, working up to 105#)

    Is that everything? I do some bi's and tri's exercises that are not part of the standard program.

    Sore every day, but love this workout plan.

    Squats 80lbs I don't up every session on squats
    Bench 60lbs
    Rows 80lbs
    OHP 52.5lbs
    Deadlifts 135lbs

    Bench: 70
    Row: 90

    Session 10 (3/24)
    Squat: 90
    OHP: 65
    DL: 135

    I've upped my weights every time exactly according to the app and haven't failed at any exercises yet, but I am not sure if I'll get through all 5x5 OHP at 70 lbs tomorrow.
