1150 Calories

So I was playing around with the TDEE calculator online and it says that my TDEE is 2229 with my height of 5'1" 150lbs and 32 years old with my exercise being moderate 3-5 times a week. It showed my BMR at 1438 to maintain the weight I'm at now? So minus 20% from the 1428 and I'm at 1150 calories a day to lose weight? Does this sound right?

If I were to say I lightly exercised my TDEE is 1977 and my BMR is still 1438 so I would still minus the 20% and still get 1150 daily calories to lose weight.

I just want to see if I'm doing this right or not. I hate numbers lol

The 20% comes off of your TDEE, not BMR.

I would like to add I think those calculators always overestimate things unless you are extremely active. I would guess your maint. calories or(tdee) is 1800-1900.
