Most definitely! I planned on posting a whole list of meals!0

Ok, this is a really simple recipe that has meat, veggies and fat all in one dish and reheats well for leftovers (lunch or dinner the next day!). Also, dudes seem to like this one.

Here's an easy crockpot recipe that is also good to make ahead and eat later in the week. I like to put some in a small frying pan to reheat it and then fry an egg or two on top!

My plan for monday:

left over lamb leg and asparagus for lunch
salad and caldo de langostino for dinner
Maybe some nuts at night if I get snacky.0 -
http://pinterest.com/pin/162551867772854622/ This is the roast I have in my crock pot now for Easter dinner. Making mashed sweet potatoes w/ almond milk & cinnamon and oven roasted broccoli with garlic & lemon. I CAN'T FREAKIN WAIT to eat this.0

I'm totally about to blog-stalk you. I just bought my first ever spaghetti squash & will be making sauce w/ meat later this week. YAY!!0 -
Elle, you'll be surprised, it's easy to make and while not pasta, still really good. Your roast sounds delicious I'm making this for Easter http://nomnompaleo.com/post/36962406393/pressure-cooker-lamb-shanks I already tried it out with other bone in lamb parts and could only find leg of lamb for tomorrow but it was DELICIOUS!!!0

I had this quick garlic shrimp breakfast this morning: http://meatified.com/garlic-shrim/#.UVjagRfwlqx Delicious! I think I might actually enjoying doing breakfasts like this. They don't take much longer to make than my morning oatmeal (only about 10 minutes total.) And I still have tons of energy/no feelings of hunger. Of course, it's only 10 AM here haha.
For my lunches for the next couple days, I made this up last night and brought some with me to work: http://fastpaleo.com/ground-beef-and-cabbage/. Haven't tried it yet, so I'll let you know what I think after. I will pretty much have to do foods that don't require heating up, so I'm going to eat it cold. I also brought an orange to eat with my lunch.
I don't know how hungry I'll be on the plan, so I have a bag of pistachios in my desk to be eaten only if I feel hungry this month.
I haven't decided about today's dinner yet, but I'll have time to cook something when I get home, and I stocked up on tons of vegetables, eggs, and fish/meat options yesterday :-) Good luck to everyone who's starting on April 1st!0 -

I came across a recipe today for buffalo chicken in the crock pot, using a whole chicken on top of sliced onions and a handful of spices rubbed on the bird but it did not use bottled hot sauce. My PC froze up at I went to print and I lost the link. I'm fairly certain I found the recipe through one of the links you posted but for the life of me I can't find the recipe. It's driving me nuts because I know it would be great to use on chicken breasts too, not just a whole bird.
If ANYONE has seen (or knows of) this recipe/blog - help a starving Whole30 newbie out?!?!0 -
I've done a whole chicken in the crock before, I put it on foil balls so it didn't sit in the juice and rubbed it with lawyres seasoning and on low for 8 hours. The skin wasn't crispy (but I wasn't eating skin then b/c it was <gasp> fattening). You could put in under the broiler for a few minutes when done. Really moist and tender. You could cover it in onions too. I don't know about the hot sauce addition.
I love the spaghetti recipe and it will become a staple for me, thanks for sharing!0 -
I have been cooking up a STORM. Last night before bed I put red sauce in one crock pot and a ton of chicken breasts on a bed of onions & some seasonings in the other crock pot. I portioned out the red sauce in zip bags for meals, did the same with my chicken & have a ton of chopped veggies in the fridge waiting to start my week. Sunday's are already jam packed days around here so it looks like Saturday will be my cooking day/morning. I'll post some links of specific recipes later on but this website is where I've found a TON of good things (including chipotle chicken soup which I will be making next weekend for SURE!)

She just finished a Whole30 a few weeks ago and is starting another - her recipes are simple, easy to follow and use normal ingredients!!0 -

Added browned ground chuck (80/20 was what I already had) with fresh garlic & Italian seasonings
I have two days worth of leftovers as well as three more family sized meal servings of the sauce in my freezer.0
