Heart rate monitors and your belly dance workout

Hi everyone,
I hope you've enjoyed the dance routine I posted. It took a long while to get the whole routine down, but I figured if you were practicing a bit each day, taking it in bites would be the easiest way to learn it.
Now that you've learned some steps and have done your first dance, I hope you can see why belly dance can be a great workout.
If you find that your heart rate dips too low, do a shimmy. Still too low? Bend your knees deeper and really engage those quads and glutes. Need just a bit more? Raise up on the balls of your feet.
As a matter of fact, do any move on the balls of your feet and it will boost the challenge.
