Ever had FRIED ICE CREAM WITH BACON for breakfast? .....Yeah, I totally hit that.

I've been clean eating AND went vegan for 2 weeks. I go vegan occasionally for no particular reason. I've been craving coffee and something sweet for 3-4 days. Instead of going crazy and eating an entire box of whatever appeals to my magpie-like mind. I planned what I was going to do a day in advanced. It gave me time to come to my senses. That didn't work so ONWARD! I'm even doing extra exercise today.

The first few bites were marvelous. Then my tongue was coated with the fats in the ice cream, which was gross, and I got a slightly sick feeling in my stomach. I have no desire for any sweets. Total win in my book! Not only do I NOT want any sweets, I pumped a body that isn't used to it full of sugar and caffeine. My house is really really clean right now.

    Way to go on the clean eating. It's amazing how our bodies get used to healthy foods and don't want the sweet stuff as much any more.

    It is really amazing how quickly our bodies and tastes change, that can work for and against us in some instance lol. I recently had that happen to me. I decided to get back on track and the next day came down with the stomach flu. With the flu all week I have been forced to be healthy in my choices and light as I needed to keep up nutrition and could not eat more than a little when I did. Last night was the first day I could hold down solids and I wanted a thin mint. The first was amazing, but the second seem waxy and just meh. I am now currently not interested in any junk food now and just craving fresh foods.
