So alongside (after or before) your other workouts throughout April let's tone that *kitten* !!
You don't have to do it but if you at game just add it to your exercise diary.
It starts on 1 April (Monday) if you are game and out goes like this (use hand weights/barbell of you want that extra challenge)
1st - 50 squats
2nd - 55 squats
3rd - 60 squats
4th - rest
5th - 70 squats
6th - 75 squats
7th - 80 squats
8th - rest
9th - 100 squats
10th - 105 squats
11th - 110 squats
12th - rest
13th - 130 squats
14th - 135 squats
15th - 140 squats
16th - rest
17th - 150 squats
18th - 155 squats
19th - 160 squats
20th - rest
21st - 180 squats
22nd - 185 squats
23rd - 190 squats
24th - rest
25th - 220 squats
26th - 225 squats
27th - 230 squats
28th- rest
29th - 240 squats
30th - 250 squats
