Sharing Nutrition logs

Hello athletes, I am currently communicating with my fitness pal to figure out the most efficient way to share nutrition logs within the group. For right now just make sure you begin logging all food and drink during the month of April (starting Monday April 1st) Thanks for your patience.

    On a computer, go to MyFitnessPal.com
    If you haven't yet, sign up. If you have, sign in.
    Click the settings tab
    Click Diary Settings
    At the bottom under the heading Diary Settings, click Friends Only, then the green Save Changes button.
