3-15-13 - 232.8 - 3.4 lbs
3-22-13 - 230.4- - 2.5 lbs
3-29-13 - 228.2 - 2.2 lbs

Hey ladies i hope you all had a great week.... can't believe i am in the 20's again... it has been 10 years since i was here!!!!
i know we are just down to 3 or 4 of us but thank you for being there and motivating me ... you all inspire me and help me more than you know there are days i just don't want to do it but i think of something someone has posted or commented and i am like nope i am going to go do it... !!! thank you ;-)

    Congrats to you momi2ashylnn. You have reached a goal!! Isn't that the best feeling?! Ok, I'm gonna make April my month. It's been awhile since I've lost any weight, so if I just lose 4 lbs that will be huge. And that means 1 lb per week, not gain one week and lose 2 another week. You are doing so well and I have to get on board!

    you can do it!!! I do not know why it is working for me this time but i do notice a difference in my approach and my ability to say no. at my job i have the oppertunity to have lunch bought for me alot 3 times a week easily ... not to mention breakfast (which is what got me to where i was) they have finally stopped asking me if i want breakfast/lunch because they know i am going to say no ;-)

    that is a fantastic goal and i know you can do it. Go you !!!!
