Get a great quick workout for today and perhaps the weekend...I know many will be busy due to holidays! We can always make time.

Make sure yoiu stretch! It doesn not have to be yoga but just simple good stretching!

    Thanks for the posts, I'm at my parents and will have too many people in too small a space very soon, my short (or long, as needed) exercise will be outside, walking/jogging as ankle allows.
