Fantastic! That is amazing. What a difference in 30 Days!

Jillian, is it too late to apologize for all the mean things I've said to you over the past 27 days?

This has inspired me to head on down to the basement to Shred my little heart out.

Wow! That is impressive. Some questions....

    1. Did you do the workout every day? (If you did, did you modify the exercises? I'm asking because I had knee trouble.)
    2. Did you supplement with additional exercise (ie, cardio)?
    3. Did you follow some sort of diet/eating plan (ie, MFP calorie counting)?

I apologize for being nosey! I'm trying to tweak my routine and I am truly inspired by your results. Bravo!

    1. No, I didn't do the workout everyday. I did it 4 or 5 times a week
    2. I did other exercises - Wii Biggest Loser Challenge Workout (20 minutes) and Gold's Gym Cardio Workout (20 minutes). On days that I worked out, I tried to get in 60 minutes.
    3. I went to http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ and figured out my BMR and then I ate above my BMR but below the second number. I averaged about 1500-1700 calories a day.
