How to log Bar Method workouts?

How do people log their Bar Method workouts? I currently list it as 60 minutes of Cardio at about 400 calories, but I really don't consider Bar Method to be a cardio workout.

    cardio. There's one for Mixed level that lists as 390 calories, which seems about right, and one for Level 2 at 485. So that's what I used. Yes, there's strength training elements as well, but since I use MFP mainly to log calories the cardio is the important part really since it's all that affects calories.

    You can always create your own entry for it as strength training too, though, if you like.

    I made my own workout. I wear my HRM every few weeks and just log it at the same amount of calories each time. I normally burn 325-375 calories depending on the class. I usually log in between there.

    I'm noting them as Calisthenics. Because I do the DVDs at home, I'm going with "vigorous" for Super Sculpting 1 & 2 and Dancer's Body, and "light/moderate" for the rest.
