Insanity nutrition guide-what exercise factor to use?

Hi! I'm following the Insanity nutrition guide (at least the meals that are accessible in my country), I didn't do step 1 since I got my RMR tested at the hospital. I'm on to Step 2 but not sure which Exercise factor to use:
1.55 Moderately Active (Moderate exercise 3-5 days/week) OR 1.7 Very Active (Hard exercise 6-7 days/week)?
I have a desk job and Insanity is the only exercise I get. Plus, even if the program is for 6 days a week, there's a Cardio recovery every week so I'm not sure if it counts.
Thanks so much!

Hi Dhennie,
1.7 is too generous IMO. 1.55 is also slightly above than what I would use. I've been using this calculation and it's working for a lot of folks that I coach:
