I give it 6 months until the Mail runs an article saying Innocent smoothies cure cancer.0

Don't get it - what's wrong with them?
People surely aren't surprised that fruit-based drinks have a high level of sugar.
As long as it's not putting over your calorie limit I don't see any reason to avoid them.0 -
Unless you have an allergy to fructose, there's not too much wrong with them, granted making your own is always better, but it's not that bad.
Plus the mail claim everything is bad for you...0 -

Definitely! They change their stories and attitudes constantly. I think the best one is that a boy (God bless him, RIP) killed him because of the DEATH METAL he listened to. Huh? Surely he was just troubled? The Mail's headlines really need more thinking through.0 -
People still read that thing?
I wonder why....0 -

This thread reminded me about this: http://www.anorak.co.uk/288298/scare-stories/the-daily-mails-list-of-things-that-give-you-cancer-from-a-to-z.html
After you've read that little lot you'll need something stronger than a health drink!! :drinker:
Personally I'm having a one woman coconut water craze and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before *someone* decided that's bad for you too...0
