Weakest dietary moments

So we all know what we're supposed to do right? Eat right, balanced meals, healthy foods, exercise, yada yada. Easy said, not so easily done when you woke up late, had to dress, and pack two kids in the car, drop them off at school, and head into work to get everything done by the deadline. You forgot to pack yourself a lunch, there's not much time to leave the desk and that snack box in the break room looks to be your savior. You've had a steady diet of coffee and Snickers, so how do you beat this problem?

I have a stash of snacks in my desk. High protien/low sugar "Sweet and Salty" granola bars. Instant Oat Meal that I can make with hot water, or put in the microwave. I also have small yogurt containers in the fridge at work, I take a few at a time each week so they are there when I need them, other wise I forget to take them. I hope this helps. You could take a pack of crackers and a couple of cans of tuna and leave them in your desk for the 'I forgot my lunch' days.
