Stronglifts Day 1

I just wanted to introduce myself, I've kind of been lurking in here while doing NROL4W. I finished that program on Thursday, and did my first stronglifts workout this morning. So you'll probably see me around more. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions at one point or another. :flowerforyou:

    My first day was good. I started with just the bar as suggested. It felt easy of course, but I know it will get really heavy soon. I'm really excited. Thanks for all the support.

    Welcome! I'm also a newbie - only 3 weeks in. It does get heavy fast - but it's also super fun. And the ladies (and gents) in the forum are incredibly helpful.
