Hi everyone.
I suffer from BPD and bulimia and i self harm, amongst other things.
I am hoping to meet some people on here who can give me motivation, support, encouragement-and i can do the same for them.
This is a particularly tricky time as i stopped all psychiatrict medication 2 weeks ago. This was against doctors advice.
I am currently receiving one-to-one therapy from a clinical psychologist, but my ED is largely overlooked.
I am a 22 year old female who lives in Birmingham (UK).

Hi charlie
Canada here, new to this board but it looks like it's been awful quiet here. I can relate as I am just really begining to understand my BPD, +binge/purge cycles. Not in therapy yet but hopefully going to find a therapist soon.
