    Tuesday:

    2 Miles: 2 Mile Brisk Walk and walking outdoors

    Goal for April: 45 combined miles

    So far: 52 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles

    So far: 13 outdoor miles

    Last day of April and I walked a total of 58 combined miles!

    Every mile is an awesome testimony to our desire to become more fit and healthy!! I am grateful to each one of you for having walked with you this month!!!

    I'm in for April! My goal will be 50 this month, I do other forms of fitness too.

    GOAL: 50 MILES

    4/1- 3 m Leslie Bootcamp
    4/2- (0) strength training
    4/3- 3 m outside walk with fur baby :)
    4/4- 5 m Leslie 4 Mile Super Walk With Body Boost Cables (All 4 miles and repeated mile 1)
    4/5- 2 m outside walk with fur baby :)
    4/6- 4 m total, 2 m Leslie Walk Strong, 2 m Leslie WATP Express
    4/7- 3 m outside walk with fur baby :)
    4/8- 3 m outside walk
    4/9- 3 m Leslie Walk Away Your Waistline
    4/10- 3 m outside walk
    4/11- (0) step aerobics
    4/12- 3 m outside walk
    4/13- 3 m Leslie Walk Off 10 Pounds
    4/14- 3 m Leslie Super Walk/Body Boost Cables
    4/15- 2 m Leslie Belly Blasting Walk
    4/16- 3 m outside walk

    4/18- 3 m outside walk

    4/29- (0) Did Leslie Walk & Kick x2 but not sure of the miles so I wont count it!
    4/30- 3 m Finished up the last day with my 3 mile outside walk!

    GOAL: 50 MILES

    75 down, +25 over goal :)

    I was able to get in 30 miles this month (about half LS and half outside) combined with my strength training!

    Hit my goal yesterday, the last day of April, late last night! I had to walk 11 miles to hit goal of 300 for the month, but I did it! :smile:

    My Goal is 50 miles this month plus lots of other workout DVD's and hopefully the weather will finally turn and I can actually do some walking and biking outside in MI. Still only 40 degrees today. Will Spring ever get here?

    4/1 Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 2 - 45 minutes
    4/2 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2 - 30 minutes
    and Hip Hop Abs Hips, Buns and Thights - 30 minutes
    4/3 - no exercise
    4/4 - 2 Mile Walk from Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan DVD - plus chest and back
    4/5 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2
    4/6 - Walk 3 hours around the Home Show Expo with hubby.
    4/7 - Walk 2 miles outside with hubby. Sun was out but still pretty cold here in MI
    4/8 no exercise
    4/9 3 miles of the leslie walk slim 5 mile walk DVD with stretch band.
    4/10 - zumba for an hour
    4/11 - WOO HOO - Got in 4 miles of the Walk Slim 5 mile walk DVD with stretch band tonight. I really like this DVD - especially the 12 minute mile.
    4/12 - no exercise - had to get my taxes finished up. Yuck. Paying taxes really depresses me.
    4/13 - 3 miles of the Walk Slim 5 Mile Walk DVD with stretch band.
    4/14 - no exercise - feel like I'm getting a cold.
    4/15 - 2 Mile Power Walk DVD - feeling a little better.
    4/16 - 2 Mile walk outside with hubby - finally warm enough to go for a walk but still no sun here in MI.
    4/17 - Zumba for an hour.
    4/18 - no exercise - huge storm came through and knocked out my power in the house. Going to be a cold, dark night in MI tonight.
    4/19 - no exercise - still no power - came back on late tonight. Need to get back on track tomorrow.
    4/20 - another day of no exercise. Finally getting over my cold and didn't want to push too hard.
    4/21 - Biggest Loser Cardio Max Level 1 DVD AND Walk Slim DVD miles 1 and 3 and cool down and stretch.
    4/22 - 2 mile walk outside with hubby - sun was out but it was still chilly but we needed to get some outside walking in. Felt good to breath in the fresh air.
    4/23 - 2 mile walk outside with hubby again. Cloudy and started raining during our walk. MI weather is really getting old.
    4/24 - Zumba for an hour.
    4/25 - 1 mile of the Walk Slim DVD and level 1 of Biggest Loser Power Sculpt DVD
    4/26 - 2 mile walk with hubby outside - cold but sun was at least out today.
    4/27 - 2 mile walk with hubby outside - actually a nice day for once in MI. Spring finally sprung for one day.
    4/28 - 2 miles of the 5 Mile Slim Walk DVD and Biggest Loser Cardio Max level 1. Back to rain and cold all day today.
    4/29 - 2 mile walk with hubby outside. Sun finally out. One more day to finish up this month and hopefully move onto some nicer weather in May. April weather was a bust in MI.
    4/30 - 2 mile walk with hubby outside.

    Total Miles: 42 plus exercise most days of the week.
